Five stars doesn’t even come close to the service that Lea at Mabey’s Storage in Latham gives to her customers! Lea exemplifies professionalism in customer service! She is always smiling and pleasant and every time I left the office, I left with a smile on my face! She goes above and beyond for her customers. The facility is extremely neat. I am a female in my 50s and have spent many evenings in there sorting and organizing my unit and always felt safe. And I was impressed on the cleanliness of the restrooms! I also find their pricing to be extremely comparable and fair. I would recommend this facility to all!“

Incredible experience with this facility. The unit was clean, access to the facility was exactly what I needed, and most importantly: the manager is wonderful, easy to work with, communicates well. Of all the storage services we've used, Mabey's is the absolute best.Directions:

- Head southeast on NY-2 E toward School St
- Turn left onto Old Loudon Rd
- Turn left onto NY-9R S
- Use the middle lane to turn left onto U.S. 9 S
- Mabey’s Self Storage - Latham will be on the right
From Troy, NY:
- Get on I-787 N in Albany County from NY-2 W, 2nd Ave and 23rd St
- Head north on Franklin St toward Congress St
- Turn left onto Congress St
- Use any lane to turn left onto River St
- River St turns slightly right and becomes NY-2 W/Ferry St
- Turn right onto 2nd Ave
- Turn right onto 23rd St
- Turn left to merge onto I-787 N toward US-7
- Take NY-7 W to U.S. 9 S in Colonie. Take the US-9/NY-9R exit from NY-7 W
- Merge onto I-787 N
- Take exit 9W to merge onto NY-7 W toward I-87/Schenectady/Saratoga Springs
