Fantastic costumer service! Melissa at the front desk made our experience exceptional! We’ve been dealing with mabeys for 7 years now and when a family member had left us to deal with the mess of cleaning out, and turning over the their unit. Malissa went above and beyond for us, doing what she could to make the whole process a bit easier. As far as the units they are convenient to access, very clean, the outside of the property is well maintained and very secure.“

- Head northwest on Central Ave toward Tull Dr
- Turn left after Wendy's (on the left)
- Slight right onto Albany St
- Turn right
- Mabey’s Self Storage - Colonie will be on the left
From Guilderland, NY:
- Head southwest on Willow St toward US-20 E
- Turn left at the 1st cross street onto US-20 E
- Use the left 2 lanes to turn left onto NY-155 E/New Karner Rd
- Turn left onto Albany St
- Turn right
- Mabey’s Self Storage - Colonie will be on the left
From Schenectady, NY:
- Head north on Jay St toward Liberty St
- Turn right onto Union St
