Renting the storage unit was easy and quick. All the employees were helpful and kept in the appropriate amount of contact. The facility was well kept and the temperature was appropriate inside. We would rent here again if we need it.

I was in a real bind when my U-Haul truck failed and destroyed my contents. I had checked in with a couple of different storage units, but Cori in Ballston Lake Made this location an easy choice. A competent manager, personable and efficient she got us situated with compassion and gave us confidence that our contents would be safe while we sorted next steps. These days there is hardly such a thing as kind customer service, but Cori shines in every way. The coded gates, Climate control and perfectly clean well kept units are pretty rare in the storage world. I’m really grateful that Cori answered the phone at Mabeys and has continued to be an excellent support as we get settled.

We have been here for about a year. The staff are very responsive and helpful. The units are very clean and temperature controlled. They have many different sized units and are very accommodating should your needs change. They are not inexpensive, but be assured your stored items will be well stored!! Can’t put a price on that, Patricio you have been victim of floods, severe temperature excursions and vermon!
